Administrative phone numbers for individual physician offices will be changing. If you are having difficulties scheduling your appointment through your physician's number, please use the appointment line listed above. We are working to make the transition as smooth for you as possible.
- Appointments already scheduled on or after July 30th will take place in the new location.
- All appointment dates and times will remain as scheduled.
Please note that physicians in the orthopaedic surgery offices in Westwood and at UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica will continue to see patients at their current locations.
Parking
Parking rates for the new office suite are as follows:
- 15 minutes or less - $2.00
- 16-30 minutes - $4.00
- 31 minutes to 45 minutes - $6.00
- 46 minutes and up pays daily maximum rate of $7.75
